Our Centre is entering a new era with the introduction of a new name: CYENS.

The Center began operations in 2018, with a small team of employees, and is reaching the end of 2020 with more than 85 researchers and supporting staff, with the goal to continue this upward trend, surpassing 120 employees within the next year. Reflecting the growth of the CYENS family, all employees and operations are moving at the turn of the year, to the new -and final- location of the Centre: Demarchias Square in old town Nicosia.

Simultaneously with the new name, the Center will adopt a new logo, which is an evolution of the previous logo. The change marks a very exciting time for us, signifying a new milestone for our Centre: it is a time of growth and new beginnings. A new name, and a new home.

Along with the change of name and logo, a new website has been designed and will be launched soon. With a new design, the aim of the new page is to provide detailed information to the visitor regarding the actions of the Center in matters of research, training and educational programs, career opportunities, prospects of collaborations, as well as conferences and other events organized by the Centre.
