DIGITAL AGENDA - Shaping the future with confidence

“With 32 speakers, 1186 participants and over 34,000 references on social media for one of the largest digital meetings in the eastern Mediterranean. For two days, from October 15th to October 16th, Nicosia has been at the pulse of the Digital Agenda Cyprus Summit, a spectacular thematic conference of the new digital age. Outstanding personalities from Cyprus, Greece, and from 10 other European countries spoke to hundreds of participants representing groups from the social, academic, business and political arena, from schools, but also from people who simply love learning and discussing aspects networking and other related topics.”

The conference’s goal was to endorse the student/ youth community to discuss and speak about the future, rise the Global agenda in local perspective,  Establishing Nicosia as a creative hub in the world digital agenda and presenting A – class speakers in topics that have never been discussed in our region.
 
RISE actively participated through Prof. Jahna Otterbacher’s participation in the panel discussion Cyprus Center for Algorithmic Transparency Coordinator & Assistant Professor at Open University of Cyprus, Jahna Otterbacher, represented RISE at the event during the panel discussion with the topic of the future of Artificial Intelligence and robotics in Europe.
