During the period 12-13 of November 2019, a RISE teaming project progress meeting took place at the premises of the Max Planck Institute of Informatics in Saarbrucken, Germany. The aim of the meeting was to discuss the implementation of the RISE teaming project, the progress of the project work packages and troubleshoot on issues concerning the partners.

The meeting was attended by representatives of all project partners: Ms Charis Theocharous, RISE project coordinator represented the Municipality of Nicosia, Prof. Yiorgos Kleanthous represented the University of Cyprus, Prof. Loizos Michael the Open University of Cyprus, Dr. Christos Kyrlitsias the Cyprus University of Technology, Dr. Styliani Petroudi and Mr George Kirkos represented RISE CoE. The advanced partners were represented by Prof. Kristina Scherbaum and Lea Groeber while UCL by Mr Scot Martin.
 
The meeting achieved the strengthening of relations between RISE partners, especially with Max Planck and resulted in important decisions regarding the progress of the RISE project.
