Marios Constantinides

Biography

Marios is fascinated by contemporary design and fabrication practices, sequential imagery and the human capacity for assumptions. His field of work spans through multiple expressions of Design, Fabrication and Visual Communication. He has trained in Visual Arts (book arts) (MA) at the University of Arts London and in Illustration (BA) at the University of Westminster, where he also trained in traditional and digital fabrication practices, printmaking and animation.

Before joining RISE, Constantinides managed C.U.T’s Makers-space as a Technician and worked as Health, Safety manager for UNic’s Fabrication-Lab and Wood workshop. He has participated in various interdisciplinary art projects in Cyprus and abroad in both solo and group exhibitions. In addition, he is one of the founders of C.A.G.D.I  “Cyprus Association of Graphic Designers & Illustrators”.
